Umgebung
Die Wohnung liegt nahe beim Zentrum von Davos Platz und doch mitten in der Natur und im Skigebiet Jakobshorn.
Im Sommer führt ein Wanderweg gleich vor der Haustüre vorbei und auch die Bikerouten sind schnell erreicht.
Im Winter können Sie vor der Haustüre die Ski oder das Snowboard anziehen und losfahren. Das gleiche gilt für geübte Langläufer. Die Loipe befindet sich ca. 200 m hangabwärts.
The flat is close to the center of Davos Platz
but still in the midst of Nature and the skiarea of Jakobshorn.
In Summer a hiking way passes bevore the housedoor and the routes for biking are reached fast.
In Winter you can put on your ski right in front of the housedoor und start. The same for trained cross country skier. The track is located 200 m down the slope.
Ums Haus streut unsere Katze und im Stall gleich nebenan sind im Winter Schafe untergebracht. Bevor es einschneit, dürfen sie die Wiesen vor unserem Haus noch
abweiden.
Our cat strays around the house and during the winter sheep house in the stable next door. Bevore the winter comes and the fields are covered with snow the sheeps are feeding down the fields in front of the house.
